Position 1 - INNTECH Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Software Developer for a permanent role based in the UK. 


Role Overview – As an Embedded Systems Software Developer, you will collaborate closely with business analysts and business leads within client organizations to understand business requirements and software changes needed. You will be responsible for maintaining the requirements backlog and providing regular updates to the project and client teams regarding development and deployment plans. This opportunity offers a friendly yet challenging working environment with scope to expand your knowledge of emerging technologies. 


Responsibilities -

  • Design embedded systems solutions based on business requirement documents (BRD) and functional review sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Produce technical specification documents and supporting materials for architectural review
  • Conduct technical demos with SMEs to address requirement gaps and support cross-functional development and testing
  • Develop solutions according to approved technical specifications and organizational coding standards
  • Perform code reviews to enhance performance and obtain peer approval
  • Execute unit testing and address defects as per the project team’s defect triage process
  • Support business users and the testing team during the project testing phase and      resolve issues assigned by the project team
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of development and change requests, ensuring timely approvals from relevant stakeholders and handover to the BAU team 


Required Skills -

  • Degree qualification in Computer Science or a related IT discipline from a recognized university
  • Previous experience in the embedded systems development lifecycle, including delivery methods, best practices, and common pitfalls
  • Hands-on proficiency in embedded C and C++ programming, JSON, and object- oriented programming
  • Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP networking protocols, and socket programming
  • Familiarity with cloud integration, cross-platform compilation, and digital power units
  • Understanding of IoT and communication protocols
  • Demonstrated experience debugging existing products and conducting root cause analysis
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Commitment to professional growth, self-motivation, willingness to learn new skills, and readiness to relocate if required
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous

Position 2 - INNTECH Services Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager for a permanent role based in the UK.


Role Overview:
As a IT Infrastructure Manager responsible to lead the client Infrastructure and Endpoint teams. This is a pivotal role ensuring the performance, security, and resilience of the client IT infrastructure across all divisions and sites. You will oversee the operation and continuous improvement of the hybrid infrastructure environment, manage a talented technical team and working closely with vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, and cost-effective services that support the business.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Infrastructure Operations Manager or similar senior infrastructure leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Azure, networking, storage, and server technologies.
  • Experience managing hybrid or cloud-enabled infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure security, resilience, and business continuity planning.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing suppliers and budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and structured project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile or PRINCE2).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the Infrastructure and Endpoint teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring reliability, availability, and security of systems, networks, storage, cloud services, and endpoints.
  • Planning and delivering infrastructure projects that align with Client IT strategy including modernization, cloud enablement, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Managing hybrid infrastructure platforms including VMware, Microsoft Azure, storage, firewalls, and enterprise networking.
  • Defining and implementing infrastructure standards, security controls and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business operations.
  • Monitoring performance and capacity, driving proactive improvements and optimization.
  • Managing supplier relationships, contracts and budgets, ensuring value for money and service excellence.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and making recommendations that enhance scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Service Desk, Information Security, and Applications teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum
