Position 1 - INNTECH Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Pega Developer for a permanent role based in the UK.

Role Overview – As a Pega Developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders in client organizations to understand business requirements and the associated changes required in software and platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing these requirements, designing and implementing BPM automation and workflow enhancements, and providing regular progress updates to both project and client teams on development and deployment activities. This role offers a professional yet challenging working environment, with substantial scope to broaden your knowledge of emerging technologies

Required Skills & Experience -

• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, design patterns, and development tools
• Proven experience as a Pega Developer, hands-on experience working with Pega suit of software’s
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC, BPM, and CRM platforms
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and API integrations
• Hands-on project experience with Pega Customer Service Framework and Pega CLM/KYC implementations will be added benefit but not must
• Familiarity with SQL databases and their integration with the Pega Platform
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (v8 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles, performance optimization techniques, and system integration

Responsibilities -

• Develop and implement Pega BPM applications
• Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models
• Create and maintain reusable components, templates, and frameworks
• Lead the design and development of Pega CLM/KYC implementations
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using Pega integration tools
• Develop and implement RESTful and Security web services
• Support testing, conduct technical triage and develop bug fixes 
• Collaborate with business analysts to capture and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Create design documents, review technical specifications to ensure solution design is in line with business requirements
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, providing technical input
